Our Social Impact
The Radiant Hearts Foundation is BlueCoding’s social impact arm, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit funding grassroots projectsthat strengthen communities across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Blue Coding was founded in 2014 in the Dominican Republic as a small nearshore staffing company. Over the next decade, we grew steadily, adding offices, team members, and projects across the region. By 2020, we had expanded across Latin America, acquired Resolve Digital, and built an international team across more than ten countries. Today we are a team of around 200 collaborators.
As we grew, one question kept coming up: how can we give back to the communities where our people live and thrive?
We started with ad-hoc donations and a long-running partnership with Animales en Peligro, Inc. in the Dominican Republic. It taught us something important: small, well-placed support can change lives, but giving back effectively takes structure. Larger NGOs absorbed too much in overhead, and smaller NGOs and individuals often did not have the capacity to access funding. Trusted local options were hard to find. Our team wanted to help, but there was not a clear path.
So we built one. In 2022, we founded the RadiantHearts Foundation to find, vet, and fund high-impact local projects, and to open that pathway up to other companies that want to give back too.
The Radiant Hearts Foundation does not replace local organizations. It strengthens them. We believe the people closest to a problem are usually best equipped to solve it. The foundation works alongside grassroots organizations, providing the funding and resources they need to expand their capacity and serve their communities.
The Radiant Hearts Foundation works alongside grassroots organizations and individuals carrying out projects infive focus areas across Latin America and the Caribbean:
Healthcare
Supporting community health initiatives in underserved areas.
Education
Expanding access to quality learning for children and adults.
Human Rights
Supporting initiatives that protect and advance the dignity, freedom, and rights of vulnerable communities.
Poverty Reduction
Backing programs that create economic opportunity and dignity.
Animal Welfare
Funding spay and neuter campaigns and care for stray and at-risk animals.
We focus on long-term development partnerships, but reserve a portion of our budget for immediate, time-sensitive needs. Every organization we fund is vetted, and we follow each grant through to execution and reporting.
Radiant Hearts operates as a trusted partner, both for the local organizations we fund and for the companies that fund through us.
● We identify and vet grassroots organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean.
● We design grants together with the organization, focused on measurable outcomes.
● We follow through on execution and report back on impact.
● We capture media, imagery, and stories that partners can use for their own Corporate Social Responsibility reporting.

Case Studies
A look at three of the projects funded by the Radiant Hearts Foundation across animal welfare, women's economic empowerment, and early childhood education.
Animales en Peligro, Inc.
Dominican Republic
The challenge
An enormous number of stray animals in the Dominican Republic, born into abandonment and at high risk of illness.
The project
Eight spay and neuter campaigns across three years, offering free services in low-income communities.
Results
Over 250 animals sterilized and vaccinated, with an estimated 15,000 to 25,000+ animals prevented from being born into abandonment over five years.
El Taller de Yely
Venezuela
The challenge
Limited work and economic growth opportunities for women in Venezuela.
The project
A three-month vocational training program equipping women with practical sewing and garment production skills, and supporting them in pursuing entrepreneurship as seamstresses.
Results
19 graduates from the initial cohort, with a second cohort already being planned. Next step: equipping a workshop where graduates can continue developing their skills and take their first steps as independent entrepreneurs.
Fundación Tarbiat
Dominican Republic
The challenge
Insufficient classroom space in San Juan de la Maguana, leaving local children without consistent schooling options.
The project
Equipping classrooms in the Fundación Tarbiat schoolhouse to establish a school offering pre-K and, later, elementary access for local children.
Results
Fundación Tarbiat established three early childhood education levels with 24 children enrolled, and received approval from the Ministry of Education to offer first and second grade in the upcoming school year.
